I think there is something wrong with the Pico W itself, the Voltage drop is getting RP2040 to crash hence making it unresponsiveThanks for patiently answering our questions, it's a really vexing and stubborn issue on your project.
Increasingly, it looks like some serious troubleshooting is the only way forward. Troubleshooting by guesswork from us, I think, has mostly run its course and usefulness. We still don't know the root cause -- so we are just stabbing in the dark.
Of course, serious troubleshooting does take time. But if under elevated temps, and a bit flip happens, then there may be a crash. If so, such things take time to troubleshoot. Or it may be easier for GSM impulses and cosmic ray decay particles to flip something at high temps. If you add an EM cap to the Pico W and it becomes more reliable, then that's useful info. All of it is guessing, of course.
Trouble is, testing such things takes time. A full reset each day might keep things going, but then again, an external reset is needed. I dunno, at this point I hope others can chime in with their views.
