it's going to come down to are they linux compatible, do they require drivers, are there drivers for arm 64bit/32bit.
you did look at the device, checked if anyone else has done it, searched vids on youtube.
for a few more dollars a rpi5 is a much better option, it runs circles around a rpi4
you should realize getting a x86 mini pc with windows for around the same cost is going to be far easier to work with if you have very little/no linux experience.
