You claim to have read the sticky.I now have a multimeter, what should I test?Is your RPi in a case? If not, could the underside or any of thr GPIO pins have come in contact with anything metallic when powered on?
Have you had anything plugged on to GPIO pins?
Is the PSU working? Can you test it with any other device that is powered or charged via microUSB?
Do you have (access to) a multimeter?
