I can't help you any further, simply requested info is missing.
If you are not able to debug and fix things yourself with a Pi, I would use a laptop with build-in camera and microphone to do the same kind of up-streaming. Or a smartphone/tablet with video streaming app. All used before Pi existed and worked fine. Also old IP cameras via rtsp.
