How would we even know that another few years had passed if there weren't yet another "new ntfs" driver for Linux?There should be no need to install the old ntfs-3g driver. The current kernel (yes, in bookworm) has the new ntfs3 driver enabled (as a module) which has much better NTFS support than ntfs-3g.
How many have there been so far? 6, 7, ... ?
