I have a Rpi5 and have installed Raspberry OS on it (Linux raspberrypi 6.6.31+rpt-rpi-2712 #1 SMP PREEMPT Debian 1:6.6.31-1+rpt1 (2024-05-29) aarch64 GNU/Linux) and want to program the GPIO pins from C. The version of libgpiod installed is 1.6.3. I have read through the forum and believe that I need version 2.x as the GPIO hardware has changed and all other GPIO packages will not work. Is the libgpiod 2.x the only package that will work with the Rpi5?
