The relevant product safety standard for an end-product depends on the type of product, so the IEC 60335 series covers "Household and similar electrical appliances", whereas there are other standards covering communications, information technology, audio visual, medical, industrial equipment, etc, etc.
Although the IEC 60355 series covers household electrical equipment, it not only deals with electrical hazards, but also mechanical, fire and other hazards.
If a raspberry pi is embedded in a final product, it would have to be evaluated with regard to compliance with the relevant safety standard for the specific product type. In many cases this should not cause significant issues, as there are no hazardous voltages on a raspberry pi, but for instance, for medical devices, there could be severe problems if the raspberry pi is in patient-connected circuitry.
Also product safety is just one aspect of CE compliance (Low Voltage Directive). In an earlier email on this subject, I listed the relevant Directives needed for issuing a CE Declaration of Conformity.
