Under Bullseye, I could set the ethernet speed to 100Mbs full duplex, using and everything worked fine.
Now, I'm running Bookworm, with network booting, and running that command cripples the Pi. It can take 20 seconds or longer to start running a command.
This problem cannot be related to 100Mbs ethernet, so what's going on?
