Hi all,
Just want to confirm a few things.... Image may be NSFW.

I think I did my homework, I just want to make sure the homework is correct Image may be NSFW.

Looking for a small footprint, SMD FET to power 24VDC inductive loads, <= 2.5A. I am looking at the STN6N60M2.
Vds: 600V
Rds (Max): 1.25Ohm
Id: 5.5A
Vgs (Max): 25V
Vgs (Threshold): 2V Min, 4V Max
If I look at the Output Characteristics of the FET, Figure 3 Page 5... The diagram seems to indicate 4.5A @ Vgs 5V, which is ample current for my application, and supplying 5V to the gate is relatively easy / simple. Is my understanding here correct, in that 5V to drive the gate will be sufficient, or do I need to up it?
I'm kinda hoping 5V will be sufficient? Driver will be based on the ULN2803ADW
Many thanks!
