The latest release kernel for Raspios 12/Bookworm is 6.6.51, so you appear to be running a pre-release or custom kernel. Do you get the same problem if you run the standard release kernel?
N.B. rpi-update is not the normal way to update the kernel, if you are using that; release kernel versions come from APT. "Even on Raspberry Pi OS you should only use this with a good reason."
