I am running RPi OS Bullseye 64-bit 'legacy' on my RPi 4 8GB (fully updated in the last days). I have 6 USB devices plugged in to a powered USB 3.0 hub, which is linked to one of the USB3.0 ports on the RPi. My application software does not 'see' all of the USB devices. If I type lsusb in a Terminal window the list is of the same reduced number of items. If I type sudo lsusb, the list includes all of the physical devices:I note that the USB Bus 001 items do not seem to be connected to the app. I presume that there is some kind of 'permissions' issue - any ideas please?
