Post your full schematics. The sections don't tell us enough about how you have wired things up.

Here's the full schematics. I have 2 boards , one with psu, sd and raspberry and the other one with another psu, the 2 cameras and the led driver.
They are connected by a gold plated connector up to 2gb data transfer.

On one page the labels for sda1 and scl1 are wrong but just the labels

double camera board:
J1 pin 37/39/41 are connected to signal GPIO9/8/Strobe
Lasers sheet has labels for GPIO13/6/Strobe connected to SCL/SDA
--> either something is misslabeld or non-connected.

On unlock schematic these signals are now connected to SCL1/SDA1 --> SCL1 connected to CM4 GPIO9, SDA1 connected to GPIO8 --> that's I2C-4 --> any overlay trying to access them as 'I2C-1' (as the signal name would imply) will fail

First of all you should get that label missmatch fixed and have clear assignment of what is connected to where.
