There is another problem here as well: system with 2 normal monitors (DSI-1 and HDMI-1) and one touchscreen display (HDMI-2):

onscreen keyboard opens on one of the non-touch display (HDMI-2)

That's the same problem.

The fact that a display has a touch device associated or not associated with it is irrelevant in how squeekboard positions the keyboard. As above - it always positions the keyboard on the monitor which is first in the list reported by the backend, and as far as I can tell from the code has never been designed to do anything else.
