Can you say which version of RPiOS is in use and which versions of libcamera and libcamera-apps?
Also the list of INFO/Warning messages returned from the libcamera-still command.

Have any changes been made to the standard installation, and to the config.txt file, and also what length of cable is being used?
If possible try a fresh image with only the required camera_auto_detect=0 and dtoverlay=imx477 changes in config.txt, to suit the Arducam IMX477 module, and with a short cable.

There were no changes to the installations, and the only change to the config.txt is camera_auto_detect=0 and dtoverlay=imx477
