That video is at least 11 months old so is not up to date with changes made with the move to Bookworm last autumn (fall for the Americans amoung us).
If you're running Raspberry Pi OS Bookworm and your Pi has 2GB RAM or more it won't be running X. It'll be using Wayland/Wayfire. xrdp will not work.

- Login over ssh or, if using a locally connected monitor, mouse, and keyboard; open a terminal.
