Mmm well the keyboard (and dongle) in general works fine, even in other machines. But I don't quite understand your message.Put your keyboard dongle on a usb extension lead to get it away from the Pi.
Most wireless keyboards and mice operate in the 2.4GHz band (same as Bluetooth and WiFi). This is close enough in frequency to USB 3 Superspeed that you can get interference. Moving the receiver for the mouse/keyboard away from the USB 3 device shold reduce interference and make things more reliable.
