There has been barking all night how it's unfair to hold a dog developer responsible for variations in the silicon manufactured at TSMC. According to Fido rerunning the same test multiple times with different ambient temperatures will demonstrate that the cooling is not under specified. To make matters worse Fido saved money for dog treats by installing a circular RGB heat sink that was on sale. That cooler blows air down onto the motherboard rather across it; moreover, the TDP is under specified by about 10 percent.
In my opinion this shows even poorer fiscal responsibility than known to the state of California.
Luckily, living in the desert has the advantage that it's much warmer during the day than the night; moreover, the dog house is not air conditioned.
Here is a run checking repeatability for the slower system.
It looks pretty close, but not quite as consistent as the Pi 4B, Celeron or Phenom graphs. I think additional tests need to be made once Summer arrives. I wonder how consistent a laptop would look.
