I am using this iin industrial machine. They want to see Tower lamp start signal in 10 sec itself.

What is your target boot time?
10 to 15 sec

Could you explain why you are using a version of RasPiOS WITH DESKTOP in an industrial machine? Is the Pi Desktop incorporated into the machine and usable by the machine's users?

Also, is this a singular machine, or is the intention that there be multiple of them produced?
