Hello,
I am new to using and configuring Raspberry Pi. This is my first one; I have a Raspberry Pi 5 Model B Rev 1.0 running on bookworm 12 . I recently learned how to create a custom keybinding to lock my screen with this command "/usr/bin/dm-tool lock." I know that I can get to the terminal (no GUI) by pressing CTRL + ALT + F2, and I am forced to enter a username and a password and that's what I like; however, when I press CTRL + ALT + F8 I am automatically logged in without having to enter a password. I've looked online and cannot find anything on this, maybe I am not using the right words?
How do I prevent these keys CTRL + ALT + F8 from auto logging me in?
Thanks.
