Yes, so basically the green led doesn't flash constant. It does a flash when plugged in, then nothing. Screen nothing and screen not to even try to display anything but the monitor knows something is connected. Tried booting the EPROM image but that didn't boot, same as the normal fresh image.
There's only really a couple of options...
Boot to SD
If no output boot without SD
If no output change monitor port
If no output test monitor and cable
If output on monitor from another PC boot Pi to EPROM flash SD
None of that provides an output on the monitor or green activity light flashing, other than the initial plug in single (or maybe twice, I'm not sure, it's extremely fast) flash of green and red solid.
