I've pushed another update on the 0.5.x branch this moves some functions around and adds some new features like auto detect this works for the I2C bus, controller type, and the type of case/hat that is used.
Version 0.4.x had the ability to detect the ARTIK Hat.
Where there is no direct support for the EON Display the daemon can be used to control it's fan. I'm not aware of anyone using this software on the EON but it is possible.
