It's easier for you to try it than for us to guess! But I think it's likely that it will support progressive modes (like the one above).
If there are problems, I imagine they are more likely to come from the connector or electrical interface. AFAIK nobody has ever connected a Raspberry Pi 5 to a RGBI monitor before. [Edit] What kind of adaptor(s) are you planning to use?
If interlace is required, then you'll need to switch to Composite Video, since Raspberry Pi 5 DPI/VGA does not support interlace.
